Resume

​

       My research focused on the synthesis of new aluminosilicate glass for solar cell application. 

A new prepared series of Ce3+/Yb3+ codoped aluminosilicate was tested. Different reduction techniques were used in high basicity glasses to study charge transfer mechanisms within Ce3+/Ce4+ and Yb3+/Yb2+ systems. The spectroscopic properties of cerium, ytterbium, and cerium/ytterbium-doped aluminosilicate glasses were studied in order to enhance the energy transfer between the two rare-earth ions.
